Alaminos, Laguna college graduates with Latin honors to get P5K-15K cash incentives

ALAMINOS, Laguna – The local government unit here is giving cash incentives to 2022 graduates with exemplary academic achievements.

In a Facebook post on August 1, Mayor Glenn Pampolina Flores announced that bona fide residents who graduated summa cum laude will get P15,000.

Those who graduated magna cum laude and cum laude, on the other hand, will get P10,000 and P5,000 respectively.

Aside from college graduates, the municipal government is also rewarding student achievers in basic education.

Junior and senior high school students who graduated first in their class will be given P2,000, while elementary students who graduated on top of their classes will be awarded P1,000.

Flores said the municipal government's educational incentives aim to reward the youth for their diligence and hard work.
