Mayor Emi's birthday treat to City Hall employees, visitors: Free beauty treatment

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano offered free beauty treatment to all city employees, including visitors to the City Hall as her birthday treat to them.

Rubiano and Dermafactor are offering the free face and body care pampering to all employees from Aug. 18 to 20 and Aug. 22 to 27 at the 2nd floor of the City Hall .

She said that aside from the city employees, visitors to the City Hall can also avail of the beauty treatment which carries the theme:“Kumusta Ka, Ma Beauty Enjoy Mo Ito.”

The mayor said the activity offers free facial treatment, hand, foot and hair spa, haircut, and five-minute massage.

Rubiano said the free beauty treatment will have its second phase in September.

She said the free beauty treatments are being offered to give employees some form of relaxation while in the workplace.

The mayor celebrated her birthday on Aug. 16 and has been conducting several activities for the benefit of city residents, including pet dogs and cats which are being given free anti-rabies shots.
