SK chairman nabbed in Zamboanga del Norte drug buy-bust operation

ZAMBOANGA CITY - A chairman of the Sangguniang Kabataan in Manukan Municipality, Zamboanga del Norte was arrested by authorities during a drug buy bust operation on Wednesday, Aug. 17.

P/Maj. Shellamie Chang, Police Regional Office-9 Public Information Officer, identified the suspect as Mark Anthony Gonzales Kintanar, 24, a resident of Barangay Saluyong, Manukan Municipality.

Police found six sachets of shabu with a street value of P20,400, and an improvised tooter from the suspect.

Kintanar was placed under the custody of the Manukan Municipal Police Station while the confiscated drugs were turned over to the Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Forensic Unit 9 for examination.
