The recipients were the Magsingal District Hospital in Ilocos Sur; Salcedo District Hospital in Ilocos Sur; Bessang Pass Cervantes District Hospital in Ilocos Sur; Municipality of San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte; Mercedes, Eastern Samar; Sapad, Lanao del Norte; Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte; Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte; and Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, said PCSO.

"Madami kaming mga barangay na malayo sa bayan at mapapabilis nito ang pagpapadala ng mga pasyente sa ospital. Dahil sa mga PTV na ito mas mabilis namin madadala sa Tacloban Leyte ang mga pasyente na hindi kaya ng ospital namin (A number of barangays are far from the town proper and this will enable us to bring the patient to the hospital quicker. Through these PTV, we will be able to transport our patients who cannot be accommodated in our own hospital to Tacloban, Leyte)," said Quinapondan Eastern Samar Vice Mayor Leo Jasper M. Candido in an interview with PCSO.
