Face-to-face oathtaking of new certified public accountants, architects set

New passers of the Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountants and Licensure Examination for Architects will be taking their oath in person, said the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

The Commission, in a separate advisory, said that new architects are set to take oath on Sept. 7, 2022, while new certified public accountants are set to take oath on Aug. 22, 2022. Both of these mass oathtaking ceremonies will be conducted in Metro Manila.

“Successful examinees who are interested to attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register at least one day before the date of their oathtaking to confirm their attendance,” said PRC.

For the oathtaking ceremony of new architects, the confirmation slot will be limited to 2,000. For accountants, on the other hand, it will be limited to 1,000 only.

Individuals who will not be able to attend the scheduled ceremonies may attend the next scheduled oathtaking or request for a special oathtaking according to PRC.
