Reshuffle of Manila priests in Nov

Priests in the Archdiocese of Manila will have their reshuffle in November.

Fr. Jerome Secillano of the Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro Parish in Manila said the announcement of the reshuffle will be made in October.

"The re-shuffling is in November. October is the announcement," he said in an interview Wednesday, August 17.

"Some were already re-assigned because of the seminary priests who were expected to be in the seminary before the opening of classes," added Secillano.

Meanwhile, Father Hans Magdurulang is the new parochial vicar of the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene or Quiapo Church in Manila.

Msgr. Hernando Coronel, outgoing Quiapo rector, revealed this on Wednesday, August 17.

Magdurulang was welcomed by Quiapo Church on August 15.
