As of Aug. 16, the Public Assistance Command Center (PACC) received 470 concerns for its second day of the 2022 “Oplan Balik Eskwela” (OBE). DepEd said that out of the 470 issues received, enrollment queries topped the list with 220 concerns (47 percent).

Other matters follow this with 84 concerns (18 percent); school policy and operations with 68 concerns (14 percent); personnel with 46 concerns (10 percent), and Senior High School with 12 concerns (three percent).

“The main issues received under the Enrollment category were enrollment requirements for transferees, incomplete enrollment requirements, and enrollment confirmation of learners,” DepEd said.

DepEd added that for other matters, the most issues include queries in the contact details of Schools Division Offices, requests for transfer of school credentials, and process of Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV) of school records.

“Meanwhile, the concerns received about School Policy and Operations were mainly on the policy of withholding a learner’s school credentials due to unpaid balance,” DepEd said.

“For Personnel, issues received include filing a formal complaint against a teacher, promotion and ranking process, and transfer of teaching personnel,” the agency added. DepEd noted that there were also concerns received under the Senior High School (SHS) category about the application and procedure of the SHS Voucher Program.

Compared to the first day of the 2022 OBE, DepEd said that the PACC received 55 percent more enrollment concerns.

The circumstances under other matters were also higher.

Moreover, DepEd noted that OBE-PACC received 180 walk-in concerns; email queries with 119 concerns; and Facebook inquiries with 85 concerns.

The PACC also received 297 queries; 92 requests; and 64 complaints.

For the resolution status, DepEd said that 390 concerns (83 percent); 66 concerns were referred; and 14 concerns were pending.
