2 drug pushers nabbed, P143,000 shabu seized in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY – Police arrested two suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Purok Hervias 2, Barangay Villamonte here Tuesday, August 16.

The Police Station 5 identified the suspects as Riezlyn Silos, 32, of Barangay Villamonte, and Raymund Parcon, 35, of Barangay Mandalagan here.

Both are considered street level individuals, according to Police Capt. John Christopher Masangkay, head of Police Station 5.

Parcon reportedly tried to escape after they were apprehended, prompting police to chase him, Masangkay said.

One of the policemen caught up with Parcon, but they both tumbled into the ground during a scuffle, and were injured.

They were treated on site.

Police recovered from the suspects 21 grams of suspected shabu worth P142,800.
