Benchmark Consulting sets 1st Virtual Leadership Conference on August 25th

The Philippines’ pioneer in integrated coaching, training, and consulting solutions, Benchmark Consulting, is set to celebrate its 20th year of catalyzing change and transformation in individuals, teams, and organizations. The Company will mark a new milestone with the launch of its first-ever virtual Leadership and Coaching Conference on August 25, 2022, at 8 am-12 pm Philippines Time / 8 pm-12am Eastern Time (US).

Carrying the theme “Transitioning to The New World of Leadership and Coaching,” this virtual conference will highlight Benchmark Consulting’s triumphs over the past two decades serving more than 500,000 senior executives, business professionals, and teams served across Asia, Europe and the US. With recognition and accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Benchmark Consulting’s virtual conference will be top billed by four global gurus who will discuss trends as well as critical skills and mindsets that will guide all leaders and coaches on to the next normal.

Joining this conference gives participants the opportunity to learn from an impressive roster of world-class speakers, headlined by StrengthsAsia CEO Kim Pong Lim, who will talk about the challenges in communicating transitions through his topic “Own Your Conversation." Eileen McDargh, CSP, CPAE, Chief Energy Officer (CEO) of The Resiliency Group, and author of several best-selling books, will delve into the topic of resilience through her talk "Inside Out Leadership for Resilient Teams." ICF Master Certified Coach Dr. Marcia Reynolds, Past Global ICF President and also an author of several best-selling leadership books, will be discussing how to coach, motivate and enable people to overcome their fears and hesitation to embrace change through her topic “Coaching People to See Possibilities Beyond the Fog of Fear”. And lastly, National Geographic Photojournalist and one of America's top photographers Mr. Dewitt Jones will explain how to balance our minds and our hearts to nurture our true passions with his topic “Extraordinary Visions".
