2 drug pushers nabbed, P1-M shabu seized in Quezon buy-bust

LOPEZ, Quezon – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested and P1-million worth of suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Villahermosa before dawn here Monday, August 15.

The Quezon Police Provincial Office (QPPO) identified the suspects as Federico Olivar Catarinin Jr., 47, of Barangay Amaya 2, Tanza, Cavite, and Pio Pardiñas Clemente Jr., 38, of Barangay Mambugan, Antipolo City, Rizal.

Suspects were arrested after they sold shabu to a police poseur-buyer.

Recovered from them was shabu with an estimated street value of P1,020,000.

The suspects who are in the drug watchlist are now in the custodial facility of the police here.

Appropriate charges are being prepared against the suspects.
