With rain forecasts becoming the norm recently, we’ve picked out functional and trendy footwear that will have you looking and feeling your best despite the gloomy weather. Whether heading to school, the office, or to a local destination, you better have these pairs on your next rainy day outing. First is Merrell’s new colorways for Hydro Moc perfect for the ladies. These lightweight comfy clogs now come in stonewash and pine-marron combo, and are made with 10 percent BLOOM algae making them more eco-friendly. Another is Ked’s Rowan rain boots, made more playful with the signature floral prints and patterns, a product of its collaboration with Rifle Paper Co.

A modern and streamlined variation of a classic running sneaker, the Alexander McQueen Sprint Runner was first seen on the women’s spring/summer 2022 runway. It has a laced, metal-free white leather upper and an exaggerated rubber sole. Available in all white with a white counter heel or in white with a contrast black leather counter heel and in seasonal colors reflecting the palette of both men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, all are finished with an Alexander McQueen signature and three-dimensional McQueen seal.
