Binibining Pilipinas 2022 1st runner-up Herlene Budol recently visited the Senate Plenary Hall.

On Facebook, the actress-model shared some photos of her there.

She also explained, "Ako po ay natutuwang maimbitahan bilang panauhin sa Plenary Hall ng Senado, dahil din po kay Sen. Raffy Tulfo. Isang karangalan ang magkaroon ng courtesy call mula sa Senado."

One of the pictures has Herlene posing with Senators Raffy, Robin Padilla, Bong Go, and Bato dela Rosa.

She also reposted Pia Cayetano's post of them together.

"With the beautiful Binibining Pilipinas 1st Runner Up Herlene Hipon Budol, who visited the Senate today (heart emoji)," Pia wrote.

Raffy uploaded snaps of them on his social media account as well.

"In Photos: Binisita ni Binibining Pilipinas first runner-up Herlene Hipon Budol si Senator Idol Raffy Tulfo kaninang hapon sa Senado," the caption read.

"Si Herlene ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon at magandang halimbawa para magpatuloy sa pagsusumikap at pag-abot ng mga pangarap. Congratulations! Saludo kami sa'yo, Herlene! #SenatorIdolRaffyTulfo #KakampiMoSaSenado."

Herlene also re-posted it on her account, thanking Raffy for the invite.

"Saludo ako sayo idol salamat po sa pag invite sa senate of the Philippines (heart emoji)," she said.

Raffy was among celebrities who offered Herlene support after she joined this year's Binbining Pilipinas tilt.
