PRC sets virtual oathtaking of new radiologic technologists on July 12

The country’s passers of the licensure examination for radiologic technologists are scheduled to undergo an online oathtaking next week.

This was announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in a Facebook post on Wednesday, July 6.

In the said post, PRC informed passers of the Licensure Examination for Radiologic Technologists that the conduct of online oathtaking will be on Tuesday, July 12 at 10:00 am.

The online oathtaking, PRC said, will be spearheaded by PRC-Baguio through Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Inductees were instructed to secure an online appointment schedule at http://online.prc.gov.ph by selecting “e-OATH” as a transaction.

PRC reminded that the online registration will close five calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day.

Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services.

Step-by-step procedures of the online oathtaking application system and ceremony protocols are available on PRC’s website.

Meanwhile, PRC reminded inductees to “wear a formal or business attire and use a white backdrop” --- white physical or virtual background --- throughout the oathtaking ceremony.
