Elements from the SPD’s Drug Enforcement Unit and District Investigation Division launched the operation at about 5 a.m. at Purok 9 PNR Site in FTI Compound, Barangay Western Bicutan, Taguig.

Recovered were 11 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) weighing 51 grams with a value of 346,800 and P500 buy-bust money.

The suspects were brought to the SPD-DDEU office for documentation and disposition and will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).

“With the constant arrest of illegal drug personalities, drug traders will have less opportunity to spread their illegal activities in our area. Job well done and continue your hard work for a safer Southern Metro,” said Macaraeg.
