Ulysse Nardin introduces new Diver Chronograph Great White 44mm Limited Edition in honor of the apex predator of the oceans

In honor of Shark Week, an annual television event that features shark-based programs on the Discovery Channel for seven days straight beginning July 24, Ulysse Nardin unveiled the new Diver Chronograph Great White 44mm Limited Edition, increasing its support for the conservation of these marine beasts with new initiatives and partners. Among these initiatives is its pledge to donate one percent of annual sales of all “shark watches” to non-profit organizations focused on the apex predator of the oceans, many species of which are now on the brink of extinction.

Ulysse Nardin is also partnering with Shark Trust, a conservation charity working to reform unsustainable and unmanaged fisheries, and the supply chains that drive the global consumption of shark products. With the launch of the new Diver Chronograph Great White 44mm Limited Edition, the brand also welcomes Mike Coots as a new friend. He lost his right leg in a tiger shark attack while bodyboarding. Since then, he has been advocating for saving sharks in an effort to maintain balance in the ecosystem. 

The new watch is the latest addition to its diver collection.
