FAMOUS: Former Viva Hotbabe Ella V featured on British Vogue

Former Viva Hotbabe member Ella V is featured in the August 2022 issue of British Vogue.

Ella, now a successful owner of V Glow Beauty Bar, a famous wellness center in California, USA, was tapped by the magazine to be featured for their latest issue.


“The feeling is great! It's beyond words sobrang saya na di mo maipaliwanag kasi di ko talaga in-expect,” Ella says.


Known for her kikay acting, and sexy dance moves in the early 2000s, Ella now plays an adviser and mentor to fellow artists who are building their own business.


“I always say most especially to my friends na hindi porket may pera ka, you can always put up a business syempre aaralin mo rin yung demand and yung fresh ideas na pumapasok sa isip mo. At kung sa tingin mo makaka tulong ka to solve a problem or at least improve a solution to a problem, go for it then the money will follow” she says.


Ella even gave us a virtual exclusive tour of her establishment. She's proud to say that she is providing jobs to fellow Filipinos abroad.


During her time in showbiz, Ella appeared in the critically-acclaimed 2008 movie “Caregiver” as Sharon Cuneta's close friend.



With only 22 trainees left (out of 30) and another round of eliminations coming very soon, things are starting to heat up in the Top Class campus as they all vie for the top spots in the weekly leaderboard rankings, which will determine their fate in the competition.  

With the trainees undergoing sessions with Top Class vocal mentor KZ Tandingan, BGYO’s vocal coach Jerwin Nicomedez, and Rap Battle legend Loonie, things are not only getting more exciting on the campus, tensions are also starting to build up among some trainees as an activity that was intended to point out those trainees that needed the most improvement triggered an argument that caught everyone off-guard.

Top Class Trainee Roj mentioned that fellow trainee Kim needed the most improvement and that he would take offense if he was placed at the bottom ranks with Kim, but Kim was the one to be saved.

The confrontation resulted in a heated argument between Kim and Roj, and led to “insensitive” remarks, as Top Class trainee Jeff described.

Other trainees expressed their own take on the situation and concluded that the connection between them must be strengthened to avoid similar arguments in the future.
