4 nabbed, P102,000 shabu seized in Cabanatuan drug den raid

CABANATUAN CITY – Police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested four persons and seized suspected shabu valued at P102,000 in a buy-bust operation in a drug den in Barangay Dicarma here Thursday, July 28.

The PDEA-Region 3 identified the suspects as Alex Salandanan, alias “Rambo,” 50, the alleged drug den maintainer; Wilson Pantalunan, alias “Willy,” 47; Joey Valdez, 23; and Patrick Martin 24, all of Barangay Dicarma.

Four heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing 15 grams of shabu valued at P102,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money were recovered from the suspects.

The operation was conducted by the PDEA-Nueva Ecija and city police.

Suspects will be charged for violating Republic Act No. 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, according to PDEA.
