Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 7 arrested 15 drug personalities on Wednesday, July 28, and dismantled two drug dens in two separate operations in Cebu City.
At around 5:45 a.m., the PDEA 7 Regional Special Enforcement Team (RSET) conducted a buy-bust in Sitio Lower Yati, Barangay Quiot Pardo where three suspects were nabbed and a drug den was dismantled.
The PDEA team collared the subject of the operation and alleged drug den maintainer Alberto R. Cuadero, 55; and drug den visitors Marites A. Carbonel and Leonardo C. Gadiane during the operation.
Authorities seized nine packs of 11 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated market value of P74,800, buy-bust money and assorted drug paraphernalia.
On the same day, the PDEA 7 RSET Charlie team arrested 12 drug suspects and dismantled a drug den at 10 a.m. in a buy-bust in Barangay Tisa.
