Telco distributor Gur Lavi Corp. (GLC) is gearing up to break in the international market and today, (Thursday) July 28, forged a formal partnership with China Mobile International (CMI) Limited.
Already, the trading firm is rebranding after setting up its infrastructure and connecting to service providers and customers worldwide, according to GLC President and CEO Erwin Co.
“As we go through the journey of adding new services, we also get a chance to change the image of the company," he explained.
"We rebranded to refresh our commitment to our customers in providing innovative new offerings as we turn a page and looking into a new chapter,” Co added.
GLC introduced its flagship brand, TeLavi Cloud, in the middle of the pandemic.
It offers Cloud Telephony solutions, Team Messaging, Video Conferencing, and Call Center Solution for enterprises and SMEs.

Now, GLC partnered with CMI to expand its client base.
“CMI is our first key partner in Philippines for Telavi this year. We see the big potential to engage with them because of their rich relationship with the cable operators nationwide," Co elaborated.
"This is not to mention their rich telco portfolio where we can attach not only Telavi but our own solution offerings as well. We are very happy about the partnership with them. We see this as a beginning of a fruitful and long-term business relationship.”
The collaboration will enable CMI to go to the market faster while GLC expands its reach to CMIs customer base in an accelerated pace as well.
Furthermore, the partnership makes CMIs offering stickier via Telavi Cloud, Voice, Business Direct and Home.
GLC also has strategic deals in the pipeline that will make a difference to CMIs customers by addressing their pain points towards digitalization.
“We are not just selling services. We want to give people the freedom of flexibility and productivity to operate their businesses, work from home, or remotely drive their teams anytime and anywhere,” Co concluded.
