Karla Estrada on singing the nat'l anthem at the first session of 19th Congress: 'It is with great honor'

Karla Estrada is honored to have been tasked to lead the singing of the national anthem during the opening of the 19th Congress on July 25.

She said so via a recent Facebook post, congratulating President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. for his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the same time.

Karla wrote, "I have high hopes for this country. Dasal ko po na magampanan ng ating mga mambabatas ang kanilang tungkulin para sa ating bayan. Congratulations to our President Bong Bong Marcos for his very first SONA. We got your back sir!"

"And of course to my dearest Kababayan, Martin Romualdez, representative of Leyte’s 1st district be installed as the Speaker of the House.  I’m very proud of his achievements. Bilang kababayan niya, nakakaproud na maging bahagi ng historical moment na ito! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!"
