CEAP condemns shooting incident in Ateneo

The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) has condemned Sunday's shooting incident inside the Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City which killed three individuals.

In a statement on Monday, July 25, the Association expressed its profound sympathy and solace to the victims, the bereaved, and those who were physically and emotionally injured by the unfortunate and unnecessary event.

CEAP asked everyone to "offer our prayers to the victims and their families."

The incident took the lives of former Lamitan City Mayor Rose Furigay, Senior Executive Assistant Victor George Capistrano, ADMU Security Personnel, Jeneven Bandiala, and injured two others.
