PDEA busts live-in partners in Bulacan drug sting

Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Bulacan Provincial Office seized P345,000 worth of shabu on Saturday, July 23, following the arrest of a live-in partner in a buy-bust operation in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.

Anti-narcotics authorities said that the couple Kadapi Sarip, 27 and Jaycel Ordiz, 26 were the subject of numerous complaints for their drug dealing ways in Barangay San Pedro that led to the conduct of a series of surveillance.

The PDEA team leader said the suspects were immediately collared at 2:15 p.m. after they handed the plastic bag containing 50 grams of shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay Muzon.

Sarip and Ordiz face charges for violation of Republic Act (RA) 9165.
