BACOOR CITY, Cavite – A cake with an unusual dedication has gone viral online because instead of a typical birthday greeting, the message humorously scolded the recipient, Cybelle Galon Purog, for requesting a cake amid school enrollment expenses.

The message came from Cybelle's older sister, Cecille Galon Purog.
She sent a message to our family group chat and said, 'Buy me a cake, it will be inappropriate if I buy one for myself that says happy birthday, beautiful)," Cecille told the Manila Bulletin on Wednesday, July 20.
Cecille and her three other siblings, Cedrick, Nicah May, and Nikki, chipped in to buy the cake. But instead of Cybelle's requested dedication, Cecille came up with this message: "Nagpabili ka pa talaga ng cake Cybelle kita mo ngang wala pa kaming sweldo at enrollment pa ng mga pamangkin mo." (You asked us to buy you a cake when you knew very well that we have not received our salaries and it is also enrollment time.)
The "sermon" on the cake may be a joke, but the siblings get serious when it comes to offering pieces of advice to one another during challenging times.
We give one another pieces of advice because we turn to our siblings first whenever we need opinions about our decisions)," Cecille shared.

Cecille admits that just like any other siblings, they have petty quarrels every now and then. However, they always find ways to resolve issues because it was how they were raised by their mother, Edith.
I think our mother is a big influence... We should stick together as siblings and help one another in times of trials)."
