Eight most wanted persons in Central Luzon arrested inside 24-hour manhunt operations
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Central Luzon cops arrested eight most wanted persons who are mostly involved in the crimes of rape during separate manhunt operations.
The operation was in response to Police Regional Office 3 Director Brigadier General Matthew Baccay’s directive to continuously locate and send to jail wanted fugitives.
In Nueva Ecija, the police arrested five MWPs including Ace Dela Paz, 25, No. 7 MWP Jaen Nueva Ecija by virtue of alias Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Statutory Rape; Alvin Bruan, 24, of Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija (Grave Threats (RPC.ART.282); Lito Monden Sr., 64, MWP of Lupao, Nueva Ecija (Frustrated Murder); Melchor Budtan, 33, MWP of Palayan, Nueva Ecija (Frustrated Murder); and Jhan Wesley Bernabe, 18, No. 6 MWP of Gapan City, Nueva Ecija (violation of Anti-Rape Law of 1997 of R.A. 8353).
Other arrested MWPs were Racdeo Saul, 46, MWP of Orion, Bataan (Rape under ART. 266-A(1) in relation to ART.266-B of the RPC Sexual Assault Under ART. 266-A(2) in relation to Sec. 5 (B) of RA 7610); Alfredo Mercado JR., alias ‘Al Mercado,’ 34, MWP of Guagua, Pampanga (Rape under Art. 266-A(d) of RPC in relation to R.A. 8353; and Juan Panalagao, alias ‘Johnny,’ 59, No. 1 MWP of San Antonio, Zambales.
PNP-PRO3 will sustain its intensified operations to account and arrest all persons sought by law to offer a more peaceful street for the general public, said Brigadier General Baccay.
