Espenilla elected co-chairperson of CMSP

Sister Cecilia Espenilla is the new co-chairperson of the Conference of Major Superiors of the Philippines (CMSP).

The Dominican Family for Justice and Peace and Care for Creation - Philippines announced the election of Espenilla in a Facebook post Thursday, July 14.


Sr. Cecil is also the Prioress General of the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena Philippines and the Promoter for Justice and Peace of the Congregation.


Aside from Espenilla, Sr. Mary Epifania Brasil was also elected as co-vice chairperson of the group.


Sr. Eppie is the current Superior General of the Dominican Sisters of the Regina Rosarii.
