Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon recently visited the SM Muntinlupa vaccination site which was reopened to cater to more people.Â
The SM Muntinlupa vaccination site reopened on July 11 after closing on April 29 and is administering the first and second doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and first and second booster shots.Â

Biazon was accompanied by Dr. Juancho Bunyi, officer-in-charge of the Muntinlupa City Health Office (CHO), and Dr. Carolyn Magalong.
As of July 12, there are 510,038 fully vaccinated adults in Muntinlupa, or 115.26 percent of the 80-percent target population of 442,517.
In addition, 151,291 individuals have received their first booster, equivalent to 34.19 percent of the target population.
There are also 17,018 individuals who were given their second booster shot, or 11.24 percent of those who got their first booster shot.
Among the 12 to 17 years old in Muntinlupa, 41,541 are now fully vaccinated, or 73.53 percent of the total population of 56,499 for the age group. There are also 1,439 who received their first booster dose.
A total of 17,120 minors, aged five to 11, have been fully vaccinated, or 25.1 percent of the total population of 68,198.
As of July 13, Muntinlupa has 128 active Covid-19 cases out of 40,617 confirmed cases, 39,870 recoveries, and 619 deaths.
Muntinlupa added 26 new Covid-19 cases, 37 recoveries, and zero deaths on July 13.
