Why Kim Atienza called Camille Prats, Iya Villania
Kim Atienza revealed recently how he took effort to reach out to Camille Prats and Iya Villania after their show "Mars Pa More" ended.
According to Kim, he felt the need to do so particularly after landing a new hosting job in "TicktoClock."
Ironically, the show is to take over the time slot occupied prior by "Mars Pa More."
Kim admitted he had a hard time thinking how to open up on the matter to his former co-hosts.

"Alam mo sa showbiz kasi, minsan ang daming nangyayari sa paligid, ikaw yung huling nakakaalam. Sabi ko it's my duty now, it's my responsibility to tell Cams and to tell Iya first and foremost. Bago pa makaabot sa kanila galing sa iba na kasama ako sa 'TiktoClock.' Kailangan sa akin manggaling 'yun."
In the end, Kim decided to simply call Camille and Iya.
The two could only be happy for him.
"Mabait 'yung dalawang 'yun e. They are so happy for me. 'We'll pray for you, we hope that you succeed,'" he said, repeating what they told him.
According to Kim, he now considers Camille and Iya as his "sisters."
"Malungkot kaming tatlo na nawala na yung 'Mars Pa More' kasi that show has been on air for 10 years e. Pero yung sincerity nila sa pagsabi sa akin na happy sila para sa akin, yung dalawa napakatotoong tao nun."
"TiktoClock" will start airing on GMA July 25.
