K Brosas is on dating app Bumble, just like Sharon Stone

K Brosas (right) and Randy Santiago will be the Sing Masters of Sing Galing Kids launching on Saturday, July 16. They will be joined by Donita Nose, Ethel Booba, Jona, Morrisette and other supporting cast

Talented artist K Brosas has reached the stage where she is successful and  financially secure but is missing a man to complete her.

The 47-year-old host, singer and comedienne admitted that she is on the dating app Bumble in a bid to meet her Prince Charming. This reminded us of Hollywood actress Sharon Stone who also told fans in 2019 that she was on the app but got blocked because users thought her account was fake.

The entertainer told media during the Sing Galing Kids Kiddiecon over the weekend that her ideal man should be her age or older and is a foreigner "so he doesn't know who I am!"

K said she received a lot of likes from Pinoy users on the app but hasn't responded. " Bukas ako ng bukas ng Bumble, wala naman akong ma like back, "she quipped , adding that it was her daughter Crystal who created her account a year ago.

K even showed the media her Bumble profile and took pride in the fact that she used her own photo without make-up which was taken in her favorite retreat, The Farm at San Benito.

"Para masabing hindi ako mala-click bait, mukha ko talaga yan tsaka walang make-up. Hindi ako katulad ng iba sa Tinder na puro filter, mukha na silang alaala,"  she joked while showing us her display picture on her phone.

K said she has been single for six years and blamed this on her "high standards and being choosy."
She noted that she was taking her sweet time because she does not want to be accused of rushing things just to be with a man.  "Karapatan ko naman magkaroon ng high standard kasi lahat ng struggle pinagdaanan ko na mag-isa. Been there and done that," she added.

K revealed that she considered "freezing her eggs" to have another child but had second thoughts because it's a long, expensive process.

At present, she is being kept busy by her two shows on TV5 - Lakwatsika and Sing Galing Kids which will premiere this Saturday, July 16. K will join the show with her fellow original Sing Masters Randy Santiago and Donita Nose.

K said there is so much to look forward to in the maiden showing of Sing Galing Kids because the child contestants are "öozing with talent and can even sing classics from old artists like Matt Monro  with so much emotion. It's just amazing."
