Ben&Ben's Guico twins, Miguel and Paolo, both tested positive for Covid-19 recently.

Now that they both recovered, Miguel had realizations.

On his recent post, Miguel highlighted the importance of rest.

"Got COVID and spent the past two weeks in quarantine at home with @paolobenjamin_. At first, it felt quite challenging to face the most difficult thing to do for us ~ which is to stay still. We’ve become so attuned to the daily grind of performing, writing, travelling, and recording. At some point, di namin nakita pero hinihingi na pala ng mga katawan namin ang pahinga," he wrote.

Miguel said that life has a natural way of telling them to "pause."

"For those of us (including myself) who have deadlines to chase, families to support, goals to reach, and productivity to maintain, let’s try to listen to our bodies when they tell us to do the thing that’s seemingly impossible~ let’s pause and rest for a while," he told followers.

"Hoping that you would have an opportunity to rest when you can. And when that happens, may you come back stronger. I am rooting for you!"

In the comment section, Miguel also thanked Paolo.

"Salamat sa utols kong di ako iniwanan. Nagkasakit pa pero tenksGod gumaling na siya. Labyu @paolobenjamin_," it read.

Some months ago, Paolo proudly flaunted his body transformation.
