Adamson taps Jerry Yee as head coach

Adamson tapped the services of Jerry Yee as its new head coach for the upcoming UAAP Season 85.

Yee will be replacing Lerma Giron, who steered the Lady Falcons to a fifth-place finish in Season 84.

The development was announced through the university’s Twitter account as well as backer Akari Friday, July 1

Yee previously coached University of the Philippines and led the Lady Maroons to a Final Four appearance in Season 78.

He is also the current head coach of Petro Gazz in the Premier Volleyball League as well as College of St. Benilde, which remains undefeated in six games in the NCAA.

The Lady Falcons will have mainstays in Lucille Almonte, Rizza Cruz, Lorene Toring, and May Ann Nuique while ace Trisha Genesis and setter Louie Romero have yet to decide if they will suit up in Season 85.
