Two new Small Town Lottery (STL) Authorized Agent Corporations (AACs) have recently inked contracts with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

Royina Marzan-Garma, PCSO general manager, said the agency’s two new AACs are the Grand 88 Gaming Corporation and Royal Fortune Gaming Corporation.
On May 30, Garma led the inking of contracts with Royal Fortune Gaming Corp. president Joselito T. Cruz, and Grand 88 Gaming Corp. president Maria Charina M. Agawin.
According to the PCSO, the Grand 88 Gaming Corporation will operate in the province of Isabela excluding Santiago City, and was authorized to conduct its first STL actual draw last June 1.
Meanwhile, Garma said the Royal Fortune Gaming Corporation will operate in the whole province of Albay.
Through Board Resolution No. 0043, series of 2022, the PCSO Board approved the execution of an Agency Agreement with the two said AACs under probationary status for one year to operate in their respective provinces.
Garma said the agency is eyeing opening more applications for STL operations across the country.
“This is to enable the agency to raise more funds for the government's priority health programs, promote local business opportunities, create jobs, and eliminate illegal gambling,” the agency said.
