Paranaque’s No. 8 wanted person arrested in Bulacan


Members of Paranaque City police's detective unit arrested a man wanted for robbery in Bulacan on Tuesday, June 8.

Col. Maximo Sebastian, city police chief, identified the suspect as Rodel Nava, whose real name is Ronel Naval, 37, a resident of Barangay San Isidro, Paranaque City.

Sebastian said the suspect was the No. 8 most wanted person for the second quarter of 2022. He was arrested at around 5 p.m. in Barangay Tungkong Mangga, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Police said Naval was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rolando How of Paranaque City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 257 for the crime of robbery.

The city police chief said How recommended a bail of P47,000 for Naval’s provisional liberty.

Sebastian said the suspect is now detained at the police custodial facility.

Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg commended the members of the Paranaque City police's Detective Unit for the arrest of Naval who went into hiding in Bulacan.
