RCBC offers special home and auto loan deals

Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) is offering special rates and exclusive discounts on auto and home loans for a month, starting May 23 until June 24, 2022.

To kickstart this month-long offering, select RCBC branches will hold car displays and developer booths and will give away special gifts, deals, and rates from May 23 to May 27, 2022.

Alongside this month-long offering is a series of virtual events including webinars on car and house investments to apprise its customers of the latest trends and available options they can avail with RCBC.

Under the special loan deals, customers can avail of an auto loan with low downpayment options, free insurance and exclusive cash discounts, or a home loan with a special rate as low as 5.25% subject to terms and conditions.

“With this promo, we hope to be able to help every Filipino accelerate their plans of car or home buying as the economy continues to recover and things are looking up,” RCBC Head of Consumer Lending Group Atty. Ramil de Villa said.

During the first quarter of the year, RCBC’s net income rose 36 percent to P2.1 billion from last year’s P1.58 billion, which was driven by its core business growth.

The bank’s total assets likewise jumped 20 percent to P962 billion, with loans and receivables and investment securities comprising 56 percent and 29 percent of the total, respectively.
