Taguig’s No. 1 most wanted person arrested in Muntinlupa condo


Police arrested Taguig’s No. 1 most wanted person in a condominium in Alabang, Muntinlupa on Tuesday, June 7.

The suspect was identified as Marlon Clavel, 35, a construction worker, who is listed as Taguig police’s top 1 most wanted person for the second quarter of 2022 for murder and attempted murder.

According to the report received by Southern Police District (SPD) director Brig. Gen. Jimili Macaraeg, the Warrant and Subpoena Unit of the Taguig police conducted a manhunt to find the top most wanted persons that resulted in the arrest of Clavel in a condominium in Filinvest, Alabang.

Clavel is facing charges for murder and attempted murder. He was nabbed by the police based on a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marivic Cudilla Vitor of the Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 266 on Dec. 21, 2021.

He was turned over to the Taguig police’s custodial facility pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court of origin.

“I commend the Taguig City personnel for their unrelenting manhunt operation that led to the arrest of the accused,” said Macaraeg.
