DOH commends Las Piñas vaccination site

The Department of Health (DOH) commended the Las Piñas vaccination site at the Golden Acres in Talon Uno after receiving positive feedback from a resident who was properly attended to by its personnel and was given a vaccine against Covid-19.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said she received a letter from the Office of the President detailing the good experience of Melanie Penafuerte of Talon Singko who visited the Golden Acres vaccination site on June 1 to for her Covid-19 jab.

Aguilar said Penafuerte was very happy with the accommodating and friendly staff from the City Health Office (CHO) who helped in administering the vaccine to her.

Penafuerte said it was raining hard when she visited the vaccination site and did not stay long in the area as she was immediately attended to by the CHO staff.

The mayor commended the CHO staff after the DOH-Metro Manila Center for Health Development (MMCHD) kept getting commendations and a communication from the Office of the President on the Golden Acres vaccination site's personnel for their exemplary work.

Aguilar said the DOH-MMCHD recognized the CHO and the Golden Acres vaccination site staff for their outstanding services.
