Expect warm morning with some rains in the afternoon or evening over most of PH next week

Partly cloudy morning becoming cloudy with rain showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening can be expected across the country in the coming week, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its weekly weather outlook released Friday, June 3.
The ridge of high pressure area, or the extension of an anti-cyclone system, will be the dominant weather system in the country.
“Throughout the outlook period, from June 3 to June 10, no tropical cyclone development is expected,” PAGASA said.
However, it advised the public to remain vigilant against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms, which are often accompanied by sudden heavy rains, lightning, thunder, gusty winds, and sometimes hail.
PAGASA said that updates through weather advisories will be issued if there will be significant changes in the weather scenario.
