For its July 2022 issue, Vogue Italia taps Zendaya to be its latest cover star, her first with the fashion magazine.

Captured by photographer Elizaveta Porodina and styled by Law Roach, Zendaya is looking every bit like the iconic American-born French dancer Josephine Baker, from the romantic beauty looks down to the sultry and elegant pieces she wore. For the fashion editorial, the 25-year-old actress donned pieces from fashion houses like The Attico, Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini, Del Core, and Valentino, all adorned with high jewelry pieces from Bulgari.

In the feature, the “Euphoria” star also talked about the influence of fashion in her life and how she loved it ever since. “I think of it like when I’m playing a character, it’s kind of what Law and I do on red carpets, we pick and create these characters, and I've just enjoyed it so much over the years. I've always loved fashion,” she said.

“I always loved clothes and they were in many ways a tool of expression,” she added. “Fashion has taught me so much about myself and how to be so much more fearless in a lot of different ways. It has also helped me in other avenues of my life whether it be business or even as an actress to be more fearless and to not be so concerned with other people's point of view of what I look like or what I'm wearing.”
