What you need to know about In The Soop pop-up store

In the Soop Manila pop-up store

In the Soop pop-up is coming to Manila, and it's happening this week. Here's what you need to know about this exciting shop:

1. Opening date is this July 1 and will end October 1, 2022. Store hours are from 10:00 a.m until 10:00 p.m.
2. The location will be at Level 1 of the South Main Mall in SM Mall of Asia.
3. Registration is open starting today, June 29. Click on this link (online booking platform of MorningKall) to get started. Booking slots for June 29 is for sessions July 1 to 8, July 6 is for July 9 to 15, and July 13 is for July 16 until July 22 slots. If slots are full, MorningKall shared that they might open more slots.
4. Do take note that one slot is good for two people, and you can only book once per account per day. Duplicate bookings will be cancelled.
5. Take a screenshot of your booking and show it to the staff upon entry.
6. Walk-ins might be allowed, but it would be best to register, especially for PWD, senior citizens, pregnant women, and those who will bring children.
7. The pop-up store can only accommodate a maximum of 30 persons at a time.
8. Customers are required to wear face masks and observe physical distancing.
9. If you are showing COVID-19 symptoms, management has the right to deny entry.
10. No food, drinks, and pets are allowed inside.
11. Photography and videography for commercial purposes are restricted.
12. Morning Kall management may take photos and videos, and upload them on HYBE's social media platform.
13. Each session might carry different items. Some of which might be sold out after. Exchanges are allowed within seven days from date of purchase. Present proof of purchase.
14. Defective items may be exchanged only on the same day of purchase, so better make sure to check all your purchased items before leaving the store.
15. Exchanges may be rejected for the following reasons: change of mind, damaged packaging or labels, and products that appear to be worn or used already.
