Rachel Peters shares results of fitness regimen

First time-mom Rachel Peters recently shared on social media photos of her wearing a bikini.

She made clear: "Not a post about bouncing back (because I don’t think that’s any mums priority) but to give credit where credit is due."

Rachel would go on to thank her fitness coaches for getting her to move and feel like herself again only months after giving birth.

"Photos are 2 vs 8 months post partum and I’m pretty freakin’ proud of myself but beyond the physical changes, working with coach Pat has done so much more for my mental health, so If you’ve been thinking about looking for a coach to guide you on your fitness journey- this is your sign!"

She also explained that she worked out not because she wants to earn back her pre-pregnancy weight or measurements but to be the healthiest, strongest version of herself for her daughter.

"Necessary cuz Kaia is getting heavy!!!," she related.  

"It’s really all about consistency and having a coach plus a schedule to hold you accountable has been the key for me."

Rachel added that being able to fit into some of her clothes again has also been motivation because she hates spending money.

October last year when the latter and her husband, politician Migz Villafuerte, welcomed their first child.
