Police identified the suspects as Ruel Vicente, 30; Dunn Vicente, 28; and Emily Vicente, 43, all residents of Barangay 3.
According to a report from Police Regional Office (PRO)-Western Visayas (Region 6), the brothers were tagged as high-value individuals while their sister was a newly identified individual in the city.
The brothers were previously arrested for a drug offense.
They were subjected to monitoring for a couple of months before the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office, Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, and Kabankalan City Police Station launched the operation.
Police Brig. Gen. Flynn Dongbo, PRO-Western Visayas director, lauded the combined operating elements for another successful operation against illegal drugs.
