LOOK! Nora Aunor secretly goes to Malacanang to thank President Duterte for 2022 National Artist award

Superstar Nora Aunor secretly went to Malacanang to personally thank President Duterte for choosing her as one of the National Artists for 2022 last Saturday, June 25.

A Palace staff employee took a picture of Aunor while she was waiting for Duterte and shared it online.

Another Malacanang observer said that the meeting between Aunor and Duterte was brief.

"Parang kagagaling lang ni Ate Guy sa hospital at mukhang babalik pa sya sa hospital," said the observer, who refused to be identified.

Reports said that the award-winning actress really wanted to attend the Palace ceremony, but she was disallowed by her doctor.

The same sources said that they could not tell the companions of Aunor when she went to the Palace last Saturday.

Aunor, 69, failed to attend the 2022 National Artists ceremony in Malacanang.

Her children, Matet, Ian, Kiko, and Kenneth, collected the Grand Collar and certificate as National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts last June 16.
