Shairine Joy del Rosario, of Barangay Victoria, reported to the police here that her husband, Eduardo del Rosario, 42, tricycle driver, was mauled by the suspect Isagani Astro, a 42-year-old jobless man, at 1:30 p.m.

It will be difficult for her to raise their children now that her husband is gone. She is appealing for justice for her husband so that she and her family can have peace of mind),” a relative of Shairine said.

Police here assured assistance to the victim’s family.
