Alfonso P. Dacuycuy, president of the central student government, delivers a “speech of gratitude” at 28th commencement exercises and moving up ceremony at the Harrell Home Integrated School, where he has graduated Junior High School with academic honors and multiple awards. The ceremony was held face to face recently, though a few of the graduates opted to participate online.
