James Reid on Liza Soberano breaking into Hollywood: 'Very promising'

James Reid is confident on Liza Soberano eventually making it to Hollywood.

In an interview with ABS-CBN, the singer-actor noted how he's already cooking something for Liza.

He hinted, "For her, it's more on the opportunities in acting. So, it's been very promising. That's all I'll say for now."

James made clear his plans include other Carless talents.

He shared, "Eventually the plan is to bring over all the artists."

Going abroad changed his perspective.

According to him, "It really opened my eyes to how big the world is. It was my first time to experience any of that and it really makes me more excited and more driven to see how far I can take things."

James' ex-girlfriend Nadine Lustre, who's part of Careless, was also asked if she's ready for Hollywood.

But Nadine firmly answered she isn't.

"I'm not ready just because I know how harsh Hollywood is," she explained.

"I mean, I get it that it's so grand but that's the thing, you know, there's so much pressure that comes with it. So I'm not ready for that."
