The P8.9 million jackpot of Mega Lotto 6/45 was won by a lone bettor from Zamboanga City during Monday night’s draw, June 20.

The winning combination of Mega Lotto was 17 - 32 - 23 - 14 - 25 - 18.
According to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), it had a total jackpot of P8,910,000.
The lucky ticket was purchased at an outlet in Zamboanga City in Zamboanga del Sur, the agency said.
As a 20 percent tax will be taken by the government due to the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Law, the Mega Lotto winner will take home a sum of P7,128,000.
The government, therefore, will get close to P2 million or a total of P1,782,000.
Under TRAIN Law, even consolation prizes will be subjected to 20 percent tax so long as they are P20,000 or above.
Mega Lotto had 19 winners who each won P32,000 after they correctly guessed five digits of the winning combination.
Meanwhile, the Grand Lotto 6/55 which was also drawn that night remains elusive as it still yielded no winner. Its winning combination was 51 - 02 - 49 - 47 - 46 - 36.
The PCSO said it had 14 consolation prize winners who won P100,000 each.
