Pasay City public market conducts "SSS Service on Wheels"

The Pasay City public market conducted “SSS on Wheels” on Thursday, June 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said “SSS Service on Wheel” is a project of the Pasay City Public Market Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

Rubiano said the activity was held at the public market driveway along Libertad Street, Pasay City.

She said the multi-purpose cooperative initiated the project to help vendors becomes members of the Social Security System (SSS).

The mayor said aside from vendors, the “SSS Service on Wheels” also accepted residents who wanted to become a member.

Rubiano said the “SSS Service on Wheels” will also accept salary loan transaction, sickness and maternity leave, retirement, death and funeral transactions, and member data change request.

She said those who will be visiting only need to bring two valid identification cards.
