CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police arrested nine alleged illegal drug traders, one of them listed as a high value individual (HVI), in separate buy-bust operations on Friday and Saturday.

Police Regional Office Region 3 (PRO3) reported the arrest of Arnel Mutuc ‘Max’, 55, a high value individual who yielded P400,000 worth of shabu during a raid in Brgy. San Jose, City of San Fernando Pampanga on Saturday.
Confiscated from the suspect were 16 pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets containing shabu, P500 bill marked money, green belt bag, green Samsung cellular phone and black motorcycle.
Charges for violations Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165 are being prepared against the suspect for court referral.
PRO3 Director Brigadier General Matthew P. Baccay said that with the frequent arrest and neutralization of illegal drug personalities as well as the unremitting commitment of the police to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs, illegal drug traders will have less opportunity to sustain their business.
On Friday, the PRO3 said that authorities also arrested a total of eight suspected drug peddlers and seized more or less P260,000 worth of shabu in separate anti-illegal drug operations in Olongapo City and Pampanga.
A buy-bust operation conducted in front of compound No.1203 Clark St., Brgy. Sta.Rita, Olongapo City resulted in the arrest of Ryan Loberiano, 39 and Charles Constantino, 35.
In Mabalacat City, Pampanga, the PDEA also nabbed Analyn Lacson, 41, Joanna Arcilla, Lorna Bote, 59, Maristela Patio, Reynan J. Atienza, 24, all of Barangay Dau in this city. The only other arrested suspect was Bryan Belo, 39, of Barangay Culis, Hermosa, Bataan.
