Twitterverse has the funniest reaction to Ryan Gosling as Ken

The actor is set to star in Greta Gerwig’s ‘Barbie’ film alongside Margot Robbie

Ryan Gosling becomes Ken for Greta Gerwig’s upcoming live-action movie “Barbie.” Film production giant Warner Bros. shared the first look of the actor as the partner of the iconic Mattel doll, sporting a bleach-blond hair and an all-denim look with visible underwear garter branded with his name a la Calvin Klein.

Of course, Twitter users are having a field day with the announcement of his casting. From looking like Ryan from “High School Musical” to joking about his film girlfriends, here are some of the funniest Twitter reactions about Ryan becoming Ken.

Last April, Warner Bros. gave everyone a first look at Margot Robbie as the titular role. Apart from her and Ryan, “Barbie” movie is also set to feature an all-star cast, which includes Kate McKinnon, Alexandra Shipp, America Ferrera, Simu Liu, and Will Ferrell.

This reimagining of the life of Barbie is led by Oscar-nominated director Greta Gerwig, with her partner Noah Baumbach helping her in completing the script.
