P3PWD have until June 19 to comply with publication requirement
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) said the Komunidad ng Pamilya, Pasyente at Persons with Disabilities (P3PWD) Party List have until June 19 to publish their list of new nominees.

"This new list must be published in two newspapers of nationwide general circulation until June 19 (within 5 days from their submission on June 14), for the public to be made aware of the new nominees," Comelec Acting Spokesperson John Rex Laudiangco said in a statement Thursday, June 16.
He said the group should submit proof of publication with the Law Department within three days from completion of the said publication.
This will be submitted to the en banc which will then issue the certificate of proclamation, if all the requirements are completed.
On Wednesday, the Comelec en banc granted the withdrawal of the five nominees of P3PWD. It also approved the group's new set of nominees with former Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon as first nominee.
Meanwhile, Laudiangco said the public can still file a verified petition against the nominees.
He said Section 1 of Comelec Resolution No. 9366 states that a verified petition to deny due course and/or cancellation may be filed by any person exclusively on the ground that a "material misrepresentation has been committed in the qualification of nominees."
Laudiangco added that this should be filed within five days after the publication of the list of nominees.
Sec. 2 of the same Resolution, he said, also states that a verified petition for disqualification may be filed by any person when the nominee has been declared by final decision of a competent court guilty of, or found by the Commission of having given money or other material consideration to influence, induce or corrupt the voters or public officials performing electoral functions; committed acts of terrorism to enhance his candidacy; spent in the campaign an amount in excess of that allowed by law; solicited, received or made any contribution prohibited under the Omnibus Election Code to name a few.
Laudiangco said this shall be filed at any day not later than the date of proclamation.
"These petitions shall be filed with Office of the Clerk of the Commission," he said.
