Las Piñas LGU deploys water trucks to help residents during water supply cutoff

The Las Piñas city government deployed two water trucks to deliver clean water to residents in the city’s 20 barangays affected by water interruption.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said residents are experiencing no water to low water supply due maintenance activities of Maynilad.

On June 15, Maynilad announced that customers in 14 barangays in the city would experience water interruption from 10:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. on June 16 due to high water demand at Bagbag Reservior.

The affected barangays were Almanza Uno, CAA, Manuyo Dos, Pamplona Dos, Pamplona Tres, Pulanglupa Dos, Pulanglupa Uno, Talon Dos. Talon Kuatro, Talon Singko, Talon Tres, Talon Uno, and Zapote.

The Maynilad also announced that on June 17, from 12:01 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., residents in Pamplona Tres will again experience water cutoff due to network maintenance activity at the corner of Alabang Zapote and Impex Compound.

The mayor advised all the city residents to save water to ease the impact of limited water supply.
